“Highly recommend them for anyone renovating kitchen in Singapore.”- Miss Nurul
A good kitchen should be easy to use. If yours feels cramped, messy or hard to work in, it is time to change that.
We helped homeowners all over Singapore from HDB flats to landed homes build kitchens that are clean, practical, and made to last.
You deal with one team from retiling and plumbing to custom cabinets, lighting and fitting your appliances.
What’s Included in a Kitchen Renovation
Renovating a kitchen involves more than just new cabinets. Here’s what’s usually included when you work with us:
1. Hacking and Retiling
We remove old tiles, flooring or walls if needed. Then we install new tiles that are easy to clean and safe for daily use.
2. Plumbing Work
We install new sinks, taps and water points. If needed, we reroute pipes to fit your new layout.
3. Electrical Work
We upgrade your wiring to handle modern appliances. We also add or relocate power points, switches, and lighting.
4. Custom Kitchen Cabinets
We build kitchen cabinets that fit your layout and storage needs. You choose the finish, handles and internal fittings.
5. Countertops and Backsplash
We install quartz, solid surface, KompacPlus or sintered stone tops. Backsplashes can be tiled, glass or materials you used for countertop.
6. Appliance Fitting
We help you fit your oven, hob, hood and fridge neatly into your new layout.
7. Lighting
We add functional lighting to make sure the kitchen suit your ambience and safety.
8. Wet and Dry Kitchen Design (optional)
If you have space, we can separate your heavy-cooking area from your dry prep zone.
Everything is built around your space, your habits, and your budget.
Our Renovation Process
We keep things simple and clear. Here’s how your kitchen renovation will go, step by step:
Step 1: Free Site Visit
We visit your home, measure your kitchen, and understand how you use it. You tell us what you want. We’ll give suggestions if needed.
Step 2: Design and Layout Planning
We help plan a layout that works. Whether it’s an L-shape, U-shape, or open concept, we design around your space and daily use.
Step 3: Material Selection
You choose your tiles, cabinet laminates, countertop material, and fittings. We give practical advice so you don’t overspend.
Step 4: Demolition and Prep Work
We remove old tiles, cabinets, and anything else that needs replacing. We prep the space for smooth installation.
Step 5: Plumbing and Electrical
We lay new water pipes, power points, and switches. All done safely and within HDB guidelines.
Step 6: Carpentry and Installation
We install your new cabinets, countertop, sink, hood, and more. Everything is custom-fitted to your kitchen.
Step 7: Finishing and Handover
We clean up, inspect everything, and hand over your completed kitchen. You check everything before signing off.
No confusion. No unnecessary delays. Just a kitchen that works better for you.
Kitchen Layouts and Styles
Your kitchen should match how you use it. We help you choose a layout and style that fits your space, cooking habits, and storage needs.
Common Kitchen Layouts in Singapore
L-Shape
Works well in most HDB flats. Gives enough prep space without blocking movement.
U-Shape
Good for bigger kitchens or homeowners who cook often. Offers more countertop and storage area.
Galley
Best for long and narrow kitchens. Simple and efficient.
Open Concept
Removes walls to connect kitchen and living area. Makes the space feel larger and brighter. Works well in newer BTOs and condos.
Wet and Dry Kitchen Setup
If you cook heavy meals often, we can separate your wet zone (for washing and cooking) from the dry zone (for prep or serving).
Popular Kitchen Styles
Minimalist – Clean lines, neutral colours, no clutter
Scandinavian – Light wood tones, white surfaces, natural feel
Modern – Bold colours, sleek cabinet handles, glass or stone finishes
Industrial – Dark tones, exposed pipes, concrete or metal elements
We match the layout and style to what works for your daily life. You don’t need a fancy design — just one that’s simple, functional, and easy to clean.

How long does a kitchen renovation take?
It usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. The timeline depends on the size of your kitchen how much hacking is needed and how complex the carpentry is.
Can I renovate my kitchen if I’m living in the flat?
Yes, but expect dust, noise, and limited access to the kitchen. We can plan the work in stages or speed up where possible to reduce inconvenience.
Do I need a permit for kitchen renovation?
For HDB flats, you’ll need approval if there’s hacking or major plumbing/electrical work. We handle all permit applications for you.
What materials are good for kitchen countertops in Singapore?
Quartz and solid surface are common. KompacPlus is also popular for its thin profile and durability. For premium tops, there are sintered stone, marble and granite. We’ll advise based on your budget and use.
Can I do just part of the kitchen?
Yes. Some clients only change the cabinets or re-do the tiles. You don’t have to renovate everything — we’ll work around your needs.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. Workmanship comes with warranty (usually 12 months). Materials like hinges or appliances follow the brand’s own warranty terms.
